Product image seen in the catalogue and the actual supply at the time of delivery may slightly change in colour for non metallic tools such as plastic and rubber. In case of fully metallic tools a minor change may be noticed or can be as per image itself. However, we assure you that functional accuracy will be maintained. Quality will not be compromised.
Sample
Sample may be requested and will be delivered on chargeable basis. Minimum sample will be 5nos or 5sets or 10nos depending on the cost of the tool. Shipment charges will be extra . Proforma Invoice can be generated for all sample against payment of 100%.
Shopping Cart
Customers can modify the item required or change quantity after requesting the quotation and before proforma invoice is generated at our end. Any change in quote requested may be communicated via email. This will enable our customer to know the total value of order plus shipping cost to the point of consignment delivery.
Please note that all tax which are applicable in your country or state has to be paid by the customer.
Minimum order value should be $ 150 or £ 114 or € 127 .
Pricing
Price indicated in proforma invoice is Ex- Factory price. We will have the right to change the cost from time to time depending on the procurement of raw material and labour cost variation.
We request you to indicate the currency you would prefer for billing ( USD/Euro).
Despatch
Customer should indicate preference of dispatch UPS/Door Delivery/Air Freight/Sea Freight/DHL/FedEx who will clear from customs and deliver the goods to door/ If you have an account with any of the shipper please send the account details.
Packaging
Packaging of the items will be in single or two number or 3nos or 5nos or 10nos in each box with reference to image of catalogue and stock number on each box. Each carton packing will be water proof with standard corrugated box with PVC plastic sheet protection.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery schedule will be indicated in proforma invoice and we will try to stick to the schedule or ship earlier to avoid any delay in despatching the goods. However if there is a delay from shipper’s for unknown reasons the customer may wait for clearance.
